    Valfleuri is a family owned company. Plunge into the traditional Alsatian Pasta, it has pursued its development in becoming "Pasta creator" for premium brands, food industry and abroad (40% of the turnover), 

    Valfleuri markets under its own brand “Valfleuri”a large range of Pâtes d’Alsace with a Protected Geographical Indication, vegetable pasta named “Pat'atouilles” and gourmet sauces.

    We develop and produce in our plant several types of pasta: Pâtes d’Alsace with PGI, standard egg pasta, organic pasta (whole wheat, half-whole wheat and non-egg or egg pasta), vegetable enriched pasta as well as other tailor made development, fitting the needs of the private label market, food industries and catering.

    Produced with the best Durum Wheat semolina and fresh free-range eggs, the Valfleuri Alsatian pasta offer an exceptional taste experience.

    All our Alsatian pasta are rich in fresh free-range eggs. Our fresh eggs and Durum Wheat come exclusively from  the French soil. These carefully selected ingredients, combined to a traditional method of production, give an excellent taste and a bright yellow color to the pasta.

    The Nests 2, 5 and 10mm: Their dough is slowly mixed in a kneaded wheel mixer, then rolled and cut into strips wound in the form of nests.

    The Roselli, Spinning-top, Radiatori and Spirals are made with a bronze mold which gives them a rustic, slightly floured look.

    The Sundig Spaetzle are made from a liquid paste which is dropped more or less thick in boiling water. Returned to the pan with a knob of butter, they are traditionally served with meat in sauce or game and are also excellent in gratin.

    The Alsatian pasta are certified IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) to guarantee their authenticity.

    Since 1922, Vafleuri carries on the tradition of 7 eggs Alsatian Pasta. Our "smooth and tasty" range of Valfleuri Alsatian pasta is unmissable in the Alsatian gastronomy for more than 50 years. All our Alsatian pasta are rich in fresh free-range eggs. Our fresh eggs and Durum Wheat come exclusively from the French soil.

    This range of products offers a large choice of approximately 24 different shapes; going from traditional ones such as Nests and Spaetzle, to classic shapes such as shells, twists and last but not least special shapes such as lasagnette and serpentini.

    The Alsatian pasta are certified IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) to guarantee their authenticity.

    The Valfleuri Pat'atouille pasta are very rich in vegetables, ideal for salads. There is in a 250g pasta bag the equivalent of 700g of vegetables. There is a mix of 3 shapes (serpentini, fusilli and penne) with different colors (orange, red and green) in each bag.

    The organic Valfleuri Tendr'épices BIO pasta is a range of 3 pulse fusilli (red lentils, split peas and chickpeas) cooked with spices and aromatic plants. Their composition; two-third of Durum Wheat, one-third of pulse crop optimized the vegetable protein intake.

    Certified ECOCERT since 1999 and with our experience in the manufacture of pasta from organic farming for specialized circuits, we launched in 2018, two ranges of organic pasta, nerver done before on the organic market, in the brand VALFLEURI BIO.

    The BIO Valfleuri Mini'Pat are mini pasta with 3 fresh organic eggs per kilo. "Fast cooking" 3 minutes, they are new on the organic market. These small pasta adapted to children, meet the need of speed mothers who seek a nutritious and healthy diet.

    The range comes in 3 forms: Mini Torsades, Mini Coquillettes and Spaghettini.
