Since 1885, Delouis France relies on innovation and respect for French gastronomic traditions for the manufacture of creative mustards, mayonnaises, sauces, salad dressings and vinegars.
Main innovations:
- 1976: Fresh raspberry vinegar

- 1991: Fresh mayonnaise "preservative free"
- 2003: Two-phase vinaigrette
True to its motto "quality by nature", 80% of the ranges are without additives, preservatives or thickeners. Expert in custom manufacture thanks to its own R&D laboratory, the knowhow of Delouis France has motivated many brands to handover the development and the production of their innovations in France or abroad. Export represent represents 30 to 40% of turnover and the brand is present in around 40 countries from deli to retail or even cash & carry.
