At the end of April, IBM’s blockchain technology enabled consumers of Mousline puree to obtain information on the entire product processing chain by scanning the QR-Code on the packaging. This is a first for an A-brand in Europe – particularly for a processed product! It is also an unprecedented partnership between a manufacturer – Nestlé – and a distributor – Carrefour.
