More than Couscous, a way to easily eat legumes.
These grains look like couscous, but are made from chickpea flour and corn. They are 100% natural, vegan, and gluten free, and are ready in just 8 minutes!
Pedon also offers More Than Rice, a range that looks like rice, but is 100% legume-based. The product contains more protein, less carbohydrates, and more fibre than regular rice. It has the same shape and texture as rice, but it cooks in just 9 minutes, faster than “real” rice. It is 100% natural, Vegan, and is rich in protein, fibre, and iron.

Per Inter also presents an extremely smooth Ready For You cheddar sauce. The doypack packet enables the product to be used quickly, and the sauce can be reheated or kept in a bain-marie. New ingredients that are relevant to innovation
In a context where modified atmosphere (MAP) technology is increasingly being used to preserve products in bags or trays, Air Products is enabling brands to differentiate themselves via olfactory marketing. As one of the world’s leading suppliers of industrial gases, the company has created the Freshline Aroma MAP system. It consists of spraying natural flavours, such as essential oils, inside the package at the same time as the modified atmosphere gases. This is done without any extra step in the production process.
Norhuil presents a butter-flavoured rapeseed oil that is 100% local and vegetarian. It can be used in cooking up to 200°C.
Olmix presents FiberSea and Emulsea, solvent-free extracts based on French algae (from Brittany and Vendée). These are clean label alternatives to commercial stabilisers and emulsifiers. They can also replace eggs and gluten in gluten-free and/or vegan recipes. The products are available in organic quality.
Univar presents functional rice and tapioca flour that have the same properties as starch but are listed as flours in the list of ingredients.
Genialis presents a gel that can replace gluten and sugar in pastries. In addition, Genialis has developed an ultrasound technology for stabilising cold emulsion without additives.
